What is visual storytelling? Essentially it is communicating a story through one or more images. You look at the image(s) and you can see why the photographer took the photograph(s), what they wanted to say and how they felt.
If you want to move beyond snapshots and create images that really connect with people then you will love this workshop! It’s a photography skill that I am fascinated by and driven by. And it doesn’t require expensive cameras and lenses. You see the story and capture it, not the equipment you’re using.
This workshop begins with a “classroom” session to cover the basic camera skills (phone or camera) and to talk about the components of a good story. There will be a practical session outdoors in the picturesque setting of The Farm Club at Pickmere Lake.
