An introduction to the free photo editing app Snapseed

Well I’ve finally got round to launching a YouTube Channel for Love Your Lens and the first video is an introduction to my ‘go to’ photo editing app, Snapseed. I absolutely love this app and can’t recommend it highly enough. It’s intuitive to use but is more sophisticated than it first appears. And did I say it’s free?! It’s made by Google and has regular updates and is glitch free as far as I’ve experienced. It works across all platforms and the only disappointing thing about it is that there’s no desktop version.

If you are not a tablet or smartphone user then this obviously isn’t for you. Likewise if you don’t post images to social media platforms like Instagram or Facebook then you probably won’t appreciate being able to edit on the go.

I love the flexibility of being able to immediately and easily edit my phone images or the photographs I’ve taken on my camera and transferred wirelessly to my tablet or phone.

This video is a short introduction to some of the tools I use the most. If you’d like to see how other tools work then subscribe to my YouTube channel and you’ll be first to see them.

If you enjoy this video and find it useful then please share on social media.
